The Dell XPS 17 3D features a 1080p screen capable of showing 3D content (when you throw on some 3D glasses). The video card is just powerful enough for a gaming laptop, but considering the $1,100 base price and faster 2nd Gen Intel Core i5 processor, it certainly makes up for it. Overall, if you don’t mind losing the desktop setup for a portable powerhouse, the Dell XPS 17 3D is definitely nice for the price!
